Don’t copy and paste another company’s Job Description. This tool is a personal HR/Recruiter that asks you specific questions to help you scope out your role and customize it for your opening. This is a legit intake tool, so it takes about 30 minutes to complete but you get a great JD to post internally and job ad to post externally, plus social. As with all AI tools, they’re only as good as the info you put in, so do your homework and take your time.
